I just called 1-8008804117 to cancel and it seems like quite a straightforward process. I signed up yesterday and called up today to stop renewal after the 1st month, and they did it for both my laptop and mobile accounts immediately. They gave me the code for the termination as well.
I wonder if it's because I am a foreigner and I told them that after I leave the country, there is no need for me to have the account anymore?
