Faced with no other option in Edinburgh Airport I signed up for what I thought was a one-off payment to send one email. I now find they are removing £14.95 from my credit card every month and have taken £104.65, for sending one email that did not even get read. There is no cancellation option on the website. This sort of malpractice should be illegal.
