I have just cancelled my Boingo account, as I kept getting billed for connecitons which I did not authorise (via password) or make. It seemed to be my i Phone which connected, but no passwrod was ever requested after my initial use of the system at an airport in august of 2011. One of the contacts was made via a hotel in Puerto Rico??? I have never been to Puerto Rico. Does this mean the Boingo system is not secure? I have had 8 connections which I did not authorise and only realise when I found the receipts in my spam.No offer to compensate from Boingo as they said someone must have my password?
