  • Boingo cancelled my account immediately I requested.

I was stranded at Chicago airport overnight, so I opened a Boingo account. Connection was fine and I was able to keep connected overnight. I didn't need to use my Boingo account again and I forgot I had signed up until I got the second bill. I had forgotten my account username and password so couldn't cancel on-line. I sent an e-mail to their customer services with a copy of my latest bill requesting my account to be cancelled. Within a few hours !! - I got a very polite e-mail, confirming cancellation and I was told that the unused month had been refunded as a courtesy. Very... More...

  • It was easy to cancel Boingo

After seeing all of the complaints about them online, I was ready for a long wait and... More...

You must use the Boingo Wi-Fi app to connect with an iPod Touch or iPhone, and the service is as fast as my home connection. As pay-WiFi outlets like Boingo are popping up at travel destinations and hotspots all over the country, Boingo remains my favorite for their reasonable prices, fast internet, and general usability and customer interaction. I highly recommend purchasing a Boingo subscription if you travel often (or even if you don't) and need to be... More...

  • boingo services

I have used Boingo for many years, originally on a pay as you go at many airports, and then converted to the monthly charge that allowed me to connect anytime and as often as I wanted at many different airports within a month for only the one fee. They had helped me several times with login issues by calling the 877 number and after not traveling for nearly 11 months, I called to cancel the service and they stopped the charges as of that day without issue. For me the Boingo service was excellant for nearly 6 years. More...
