4 months of continuous charging regardless I try to cancel in their website - Boingo mobile


I've been trying to cancel my subscription to boingo mobile since March. They don't reply, and they don't cancel my account. They keep charging it to my credit card monthly. This is a shame, i've been using boingo to connect to the Internet in several airports, and I was always able to cancel the subscription. More than that, they do not allow me to remove MY credit card number from their website, which is ridiculous. I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO STORE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, I WANT IT TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY.

lol, just realized i've been getting scammed by Boingo for at least a year. googling complaints like the above, it's no wonder they "teamed up with microsoft" to offer wireless...when a windows user has a problem, the "resolution" typically goes something like:

USER: i don't see the [feature x] button i'm supposed to click.
MS SUPPORT: no problem! just click the [feature x] button. was this advice helpful? please take 45 minutes to fill out the questionnaire to tell us how we're doing!

BOINGO SCAMEE: hey boingo, i keep going to your site and completing the unsubscribe process, but you keep charging me---what gives??

Can't cancel through ""Visit My Account" in the top right-hand area of the screen, and then selecting "Cancel Subscription", I've been trying that in the past months. It says my account will be updated in up to 48 hours, which never happens.

Let's see how it goes.
