Charge without warning or authorization

I paid for Boingo wifi in the Chicago O'Hare airport, which I was informed prior to clicking the PAY button. After I boarded my plane, I realize that the flight offers wifi service by GoGo. After arriving on GoGo's initial page, there was a link for users of other companies, like Boingo, to log in for wifi access. I proceeded logging in and was granted wifi access. Little did I know that Boingo charged me for roaming access until a few days later. During the log in process, it never informed me of how much the roaming charge would be or ask for my permission to send the charge to my billing method. Because they never told me how much is the roaming charge, I logged in using my laptop and smartphone on the flight; at the end I was charged twice, one per device. They are scammers along with Gogo; not informing the consumer of the charges and charge you without your permission.
