Unexplained credit card charges

This review has been resolved or replied to by this company.
I have used boingo at Heathrow airport one month ago(10-Sept-2012) for one hour, and since then I have been charged two more times ( 21-Sept-2012 and 10-Oct-2012 ) without giving authorization to charge my credit card. I demand some explanations and full refund for these charges. In addition i want you to STOP charging my credit card and remove all my details from your system.
